• 55+ Dance Mix - a partnership with Queens Hall Arts and Dance City

    Beth currently delivers weekly classes at Queens Hall Arts in Hexham, Northumberland, for those aged 55+. The classes explore different ways of moving and promote movement and dance for fun, strength and co-ordination building and for socialising. Classes are 10:00am, 11:30am & 1:15pm and can be booked here.. Advanced booking is recommended.

  • Professional Contemporary Classes

    Moving from imagery, finding your own groove and making space for connection, play and openings - Beth has delivered professional dance classes exploring her movement practice for Dance City, SBB Dance, Fertile Ground Dance, DANE, Tees Dance and is currently taking bookings in 2024 & 2025.

  • Boundless Dance Company

    Boundless is Dance City's performance company of movers aged 55+ living in the North East. Having previously been their rehearsal director, Beth has returned to lead technique classes and choreography for the group that push their physicality and movement repertoire. They performed new work 'Café Boundless' at Dance City and Durham Fringe Festival across Summer 2024.

  • Open classes at Humshaugh Village Hall

    NEW for Autumn 2024, Beth will be delivering weekly open contemporary classes at Humshaugh Village Hall. Aimed at the mature movers, but open to all, this is a class focusing on fun, gentle, social and creative moving together. Classes commence Tuesday 17th September at Humshaugh Village Hall, 4:30-5:30pm. Each class is £7.00, cash or card and payment is taken on the day.
