New class in Humshaugh village hall - Autumn 2024!

I am thrilled to be delivering a new weekly class in Humshaugh Village Hall, starting Tuesday 17th September* and running every Tuesday 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Classes are aimed at the mature mover, but all are welcome to come along and experience gentle, fun, social and creative moving in a welcoming, warm space. Classes are £7.00 and operating a ‘pay as you dance’ scheme on the day, with cash and card payments available. The classes require no termly commitment, so feel free to drop in and out each week as you please.

We will begin each session with a warm up together, some creative moving and learning steps and some creating together before a cool down. You are welcome to wear anything you are comfortable to move in and bare feet, socks or soft trainers are recommended.
